Ive had to stop playing this so many times because I was so scared. I loved it as much or more than my favorites, outlast and amnesia. The only complaint I have is that the turning is kind of whacked.

Difficult to play, no tutorial, cant even really see anything :/

The app does not open on my 6S please fix! The

Every time I click the difficulty of the game I want and it starts to load the app crashes and closes. The game seems great, so please fix this because it looks awesome!

This game has one heck of a frustrating learning curve and without hardly any save points, it becomes tedious very fast. Also, the combat system (that really isnt explained very well) doesnt work well. On a system like the pc it would work but it doesnt here. Plus, you go from fighting one baddy to 3 within 2 fights, without any warning and it was so dark (plus they were so small) that I couldnt defeat them in time. Very frustrating. However, I love the story and scares so I am not sorry I bought it just might wait to play it until they fix it up. It really takes me back to the good old days when it wasnt about blood and guts but a great story & atmosphere!

This game is top quality among the iOS games I have played so far. Great artistic creepiness with pretty good combat. I was terribly satisfied.

I really am enjoying this game. The graphics are good and the story is amazing. The ambience is very creepy and definitely does the survival horror genre justice... The only thing Im waiting on is an update or more of the story to come... Ended on a short note.

This is a mobile game and being as such, should allow you to save where ever you are. I cant afford to play for an hour, lock my phone, and have to start the game all over because everything got erased. I play on the train and when my stop comes, I have to shut it off. Ive played the beginning three times already and I wont do it again until they fix this.

No matter how many times I tried and restarted the 6. It was fine before the update.

I loved this game. It was my favorite game. But all of a sudden it started to crash and go back to the home screen so now I cant even play. Please fix this. I live this game and really want to play it! Its amazing but that one issue.

This game is probably the closest Ive ever seen a game get to console and I love it. I can tell the developers must love silent hill as much as I do because there are tons of references. It feels most like Silent Hill 2 which also had mannequin-like creatures. I definitely recommend playing it in the dark with headphones if you want a good scare. This game is waaaaay better than Lost Within which felt cheap, clumsy, and watered down. It has also the best graphics Ive seen to date for a handheld. The game has excellent sound design, puzzles, and scares. It does less with more. Before purchasing this game I did read the reviews about the save system and about the game not really explaining the combat system. I understand the complaints about the save system. If you have played the older resident evil games or silent hill you will be right at home. The game has limited saves and you can only save at specify areas. It doesnt bother me personally because Im used to that system. However I can see it being cumbersome for a mobile game. I think a fair solution would be to allow you to temporarily save in order to shut off the game, but not perform a hard save. I know its frustrating to die and have to repeat areas, but I think that adds to the horror and makes the encounters even more scary. As for the combat, I actually found it to be quite natural. Perhaps its because I just came from playing Deus Ex on mobile and the controls are a nightmare. Or perhaps its because Im used to tank controls having grown up playing Resident Evil and Silent Hill. If youve played those games you will feel right at home. I think the people who are hating this game most are people who only play mobile games out of convenience. If youre looking for something that actually feels like a console game, buy this.

Let me start by saying to the development team responsible for this game...AMAZING job! This is a beautiful game that satisfies 100%. To all of those who grew up with Silent Hill or Resident Evil, this is the game for you. Ive read several reviews that focus on the negative aspects of this game...the save system, the game mechanics, etc. and to them I say, I understand but the positives greatly outweigh the negatives. The atmosphere is hair-raising in its creepiness and even when youre prepared and fully expecting an encounter with an enemy, youre heart races when these encounters occur. I just cant say enough about this game. If youre looking for a,truly memorable gaming experience, this is the game for you. Definitely worth the price...I cant wait for the next installment.

This game felt very much like Resident Evil / Silent Hill with updated controls. I got it on sale, but it is well worth full price. If you are having trouble, play on easy till you learn the ropes. Then play on normal or hard. Now for the cons, the game is short similar to just a section of RE. The controls can be tricky even with a controller as distance is hard to judge. It can be unfair if you get boxed in by enemies. Lastly, as the story is now, a LOT is left unexplained. Cant wait for the next part!

Great game for fans of silent hill

There are not many games on iOS thats capture the atmosphere and fear this game does, let alone deliver the console like AAA feel that this title does. I 100% recommend this title to all gamers.

No automatic saves. No save history. If you run out of light, you will be forced to start again. The movement of the “creatures” is childish. Almost no visual cues of successfully damaging the creatures. It could be a decent game, but with so many drawbacks is just a waste of time. You can’t be scared when you play the same sequence for 6th or 7th time.

My name is John Pritchett,so far so good it has really good presentation good storyline dark and moody like a good survival horror game should be. The graphics are very will done. I hope they will put out more games like this. The only negative thing I have to say is if youre playing the game it will save your progress but,but if you deleted it wont save your progress.and the controls could be a lot better. I still think its a game. I just hope they will fix these issues.

I had high anticipation when I bought this game. The graphics and game playing mechanisms structure are similar to other mobile games in this genre. However, I learned about one hugely disappointing and frustrating feature - no Resume/Auto Save. Every time I have to start the game from the begging in order to get back to my previous progress point. That is not acceptable. I can not dedicate 2 hours of my time to play this game in order to get to a save point. That is ridiculous and in my mind, bad design. I removed this game from my iPhone and do not recommend it to orders for this reason.
